Meatball sliders

Delicious meatballs stuffed in soft, garlicky rolls. Next time, I would just toast the rolls though, and slice the meatballs into them.

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
3 tbsp garlic butter
1 jar marinara sauce
1 yellow onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 egg
0.25 cup breadcrumbs
0.75 cup grated mozzarella
0.25 cup grated cheddar
salt
pepper
paprika
cayenne

Preparation
Prepare the dinner rolls according to your favorite recipe. Make sure to weigh the dough balls so they are the same size.

Mix the beef with the egg, chopped onion, 2 cloves crushed garlic, breadcrumbs, half of the grated cheeses, parsley, about 2 tsp salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne to taste. Form 12 meatballs.

Sear the meatballs in a nonstick pan on all sides. Then transfer to a preheated 400F oven for 15 minutes.

Carve holes in the middle of the rolls, arrange them onto a baking sheet. Brush with garlic butter. Add a tbsp of marinara to each bread.

Press the meatballs into the bread rolls. Spread a little marinara onto the top of each. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a 400F preheated oven for 5 minutes, then broil until the top is golden brown. Serve warm!
