Mushroom focaccia

This was inspired by a bread I saw at the local shop. It turned out very tasty!

Mushroom focaccia, the way I prepared it used this bread recipe, and once the bread was in its final stages, I topped with with browned mushrooms.

I also added some tomatoes, and spiced it with basil pesto. Sprinkled the top with Parmesan. So good!
