Strawberry no-bake cake

This is such a simple and yet fancy-looking dessert that will delight everyone! So simple to assemble, perfect for those days when you do not want to turn on the oven but wish to eat a delicious cake.

Ingredients

1-1.5 lb fresh strawberries

2 cups heavy cream

3 tbsp icing sugar

1 tsp vanilla

0.25 tsp rum extract

box of graham crackers

0.25 cup dark chocolate chips

Preparation

Slice the strawberries into very thin slices.

Whip the cream and add the icing sugar. Beat it in. Add in the extracts and blend them in.

Spread a quarter cup of the whipped cream at the bottom of a 9-by-9-inch baking shape. Cover with graham crackers. Top with one quarter of the remaining whipped cream and cover with strawberry slices.

Add another layer of crackers, then cream, then strawberries. Add another layer of each.

Finish off with a layer of graham crackers, cover with the last quarter of whipped cream. Decorate with strawberry slices, and drizzle with melted chocolate. I just microwave the chocolate with a tiny bit of heavy cream or milk.

Refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving!
