So simple and so delicious. It also appears like a wonderful treat. This dessert is beautiful!
Ingredients
1 package puff pastry sheets
1 can cherry pie filling
whipped cream
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400F. Roll out puff pastry sheet until very thin (as desired). Cut into squares.
I prepared 6 from one 8oz puff pastry package.
Fold diagonally and place a piece of parchment paper in between the folded layers.
Bake until light brown.
Remove from oven and cool, then remove parchment paper and fill with cherry pie filling.
Add whipped cream right before serving.
Delicious!
