Stuffed mushrooms

These are deliciously addictive. And should I mention that mushrooms are healthy? I can eat a whole plate of this in one sitting.

Ingredients

1 pint baby mushrooms

1 tbsp butter

3 tbsp breadcrumbs

2 cloves garlic

salt

black pepper

0.25 tsp cayenne

salt 

2 tbsp sour cream

1 oz grated parmesan

Preparation

Cut out the mushroom stems and sautee them in the butter. Add the breadcrumbs and brown them. Mix in the spices and fold in the grated parmesan and the sour cream.

Fill into the mushroom caps. 

Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 400F oven.
