Kimchi fried rice


I received a big bag of kimchi from Koreatown in NYC. Since I love kimchi, I enjoyed it with everything! This kimchi fried rice made a delightful dinner for everyone!

Ingredients

2 cups cooked white rice

1 cup kimchi

0.25 cup kimchi sauce

2 tbsp gochujang

2 cloves garlic

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp coil

1 tbsp soy sauce

half a yellow onion

3 nori sheets, crumbled

2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

4 eggs

Preparation

Mince the kimchi.

Saute the onion in 0.5 tbsp vegetable oil. Add the crushed garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.

Add the kimchi and all other oils and sauces mixed into the kimchi juice.

Mix well and stir in rice. Cook through.

Top with crumbled nori sheets, toasted sesame seeds, and fried eggs!
