Thai veggie pizza

Do you have a bag of scallions waiting to be used? This is your perfect recipe

Ingredients

pizza dough from 3 cups of flour

2 tbsp peanut butter

2 tbsp Hoisin sauce

2 tbsp rice vinegar

2 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tsp sugar

0.5 tsp ground ginger

0.5 tsp pepper flakes

10 scallions

2 carrots

mozzarella cheese

2 cloves of garlic

Preparation

Mix the peanut butter with the sesame oil and vegetable oil. Add in the ginger, pepper flakes, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and Hoisin sauce.

Cut the scallions into thin circles. Julienne the carrots.

Spread the pizza dough into a half-sheet-pan. Preheat oven to 400F. Spread the peanut sauce on top of the dough. Sprinkle on shredded mozzarella.

Sprinkle on the scallions and the carrot strips.

Bake in the preheated oven until dough is browned.

Mix the crushed garlic clove with 0.25 tsp salt, and add 1.5 tbsp water.

Brush the garlic sauce on top of the hot pizza. Serve!
