Tuna and corn burgers


These were absolutely delightful with thai chili sauce! They come together very quickly and taste just perfect. 

Ingredients

3 cans tuna

1 can corn

4 slices of sandwich bread

0.5-1 yellow onion

1.5 tbsp Dijon mustard

0.5 tsp paprika

2 oz grated cheddar

1 egg

2 tbsp vegetable oil

salt

Preparation

Using a food processor blend down the bread. Add to a bowl.

Blend the two thirds of the drained, canned corn with the onion. Add to the bowl.

Add the drained cans of tuna.

Add the paprika, salt, mustard, grated cheese, and remaining whole corn. Mix in. Mix in the egg using a spatula. Allow to sit for 30 minutes. 

Form into 4-6 patties and fry in a little oil in a nonstick skillet.

Serve with Thai sweet chili sauce.
