Swiss chard gallette

I never really liked swiss chard. The standard, sauteed vegetable is not of great interest to me. Then this recipe came along, and now the children in the family request swiss chard for dinner.

Ingredients

1 pic crust

1 bunch of Swiss chard

0.5 yellow onion

3 cloves garlic

1 tsp pepper flakes

2 tbsp olive oil

2 oz parmesan

Preparation

Slice the chard stems very thinly. Shred the leaves.

Sautee the onion and the stem pieces on the oil until completely softened.

Add the pepper flakes and the crushed garlic. Stir in. Add the shredded chard leaves and wilt in. Cook until almost creamy.

Cool and add the shredded parmesan. Mix in and fill the pie crust with this veggie cheese mix. Bake at 400F until crust is golden brown.

Serve topped with yogurt.
