Chocolate cupcakes

A delicious, low-sugar chocolate cupcake that comes together in no time and complements many frostings (especially ermine frosting) deliciously!

Ingredients

240g flour

80g sugar

28g cocoa powder

0.5 tsp salt

1.5 tsp baking soda

2 tsp vanilla extract

1.5 tbsp vinegar

90g vegetable oil

1 and 1/3 cup water

Preparation

Mix all the dry ingredients.

Preheat oven to 375F.

Line 12 standard muffin cups with silicone liners.

Whisk the wet ingredients and pour them into the bowl with the dry ingredient blend.

Stir until thoroughly combined.

Distribute into the 12 wells, about quarter cup into each.

Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until center is set.

Cool on cookie racks.
