Rice with tomatoes and white sauce

A quick, absolutely delicious summer lunch! Bring the rice cooker outside, so it does not steam up the house.

Ingredients

3 cups jasmine rice

salt

tomatoes

3/4 cup sour cream

2 tbsp mayo

black pepper

4 oz cheddar cheese

Preparation

Cook the rice in a rice cooker with a small pinch of salt and necessary water.

Mix the sour cream with the mayo and add 0.5 tsp black pepper and a pinch of salt.

Distribute the rice onto four plates. Top with the white sauce. Nestle tomato wedges and slices onto it. Shred cheddar on top. Eat together!
