What do you do if you have white cake mix? Make banana cake with some old bananas!
This was not the best banana cake ever, but it was decent, and I would make it again if I happened to have crappy white cake mix at hand.
Ingredients
18.25 oz white cake mix
3 ripe bananas
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
Preparation
Mix all the required ingredients. Preheat oven to 350F.
Grease and flour a bundt cake shape.
Pour batter in and bake for 30-40 minutes, until tester comes out clean.
Allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes. Flip onto serving platter and serve.
