A Halloween treat this year: let the kids decorate them with their favorite gummy monsters. It's way too sweet for any grown ups, but delicious for children. And once a year, it is not too terrible.
Ingredients
15 oz chocolate sandwich cookies
2 packages of instant vanilla pudding
3 cups of milk
1 cup of whipping cream
Preparation
Pulse the sandwich cookies until they turn into crumbs in a food processor.
Prepare vanilla pudding with the reduced amount of milk. Whip the cream until firm. Fold into pudding.
Layer the cookie crumbs with the pudding and decorate! Allow to sit in the fridge for a few hours for best outcome at consumption.
