Swamp soup

 I was eating this tasty creation, a strange craving during pregnancy, and my youngest stepdaughter at the time asked for a sample. She liked it so much that she requests this soup these days. It is indeed a heart-warming, tasty, fall soup. And it looks like Shrek would enjoy a bowl of it!

Ingredients

2 cans cannelloni
2 cups kale
2 cups Frenched green beans
4 cups broth
6 cloves garlic
one onion
2 tsp Italian seasoning
Parmesan
1 tbsp piros arany
salt
black pepper

Preparation
Dice the onion and sautee on a bit of olive oil. Add the spices and the broth. 

Chop in the kale. And toss in 1.5 cans of the beans.

Add the remaining beans and garlic to a blender and puree. Pour into the soup and add the green beans. Cook for 10-15 minutes, until green beans and kale reach desired consistency.

Shred some cheese into each serving bowl and serve with crusty bread and maybe a drizzle of olive oil on the top.
