Cinnamon tortilla chips


 I had some extra tortillas and was craving something sweet. I was kind of bored of peanut butter and banana wraps, so I baked up a batch of these chips. Be sure to toast them long enough, so they are crispy. They are much better when crispy!

Ingredients

8 flour tortillas

0.5 cup butter

0.5 cup sugar

2 tbsp cinnamon

Preparation

Cut the tortillas into wedges. Preheat the oven to 400F. 

Melt the butter and toss the tortilla chips in the butter. Mix the cinnamon and the sugar and toss the tortilla chips in cinnamon sugar. Spread out onto cookie racks seated on baking sheets. 

Bake for 10-12 minutes, and allow to cool.
