This was an awesome, real pumpkin-rich pumpkin bread. Moist, delicious, and the sugar sprinkles makes for a delicious crunchy top.
Ingredients
1.75 cups flour
0.75 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
0.5 tsp cinnamon
0.35 tsp cloves
0.25 tsp nutmeg
0.25 tsp salt
0.5 tsp baking soda
Preparation
Mix the moist ingredients. Whisk well.
Whisk the dry ingredients in a separate container.
Combine and bake in a 9x5-inch bread shape, nonstick, lined with parchment paper, or greased. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar crystals.
Bake at 325F for about 50 minutes. Until baked in the middle.
