Creamy yogurt

I've been trying to reduce my plastic waste, and most of it comes from food packaging. Making yogurt at home is an easy way to eliminate the waste, especially getting the refillable glass jars of milk from the coop.

Ingredients
4 cups whole milk
2 tbsp plain yogurt

Preparation
Heat the milk to 190F (stir and measure with a thermometer).

Cool the milk to 115F. Remove half a cup of milk and stir in the yogurt. Mix into the rest of the milk.

Seal into a jar and wrap with a towel for 10 hours.

Refrigerate and eat.
