Easy boneless pork ribs

A better recipe than the other one on this site, more savory, less sweet. The quality of the outcome depends on the quality of the meat here. You want nice red meat, not the tenderloin-type, low-fat, white meat here.

Ingredients
3 lb boneless pork ribs
salt
pepper
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp paprika
0.5 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp white vinegar
0.5 tsp dried thyme
1/3 cup ketchup
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Preheat oven to 300 F.


Salt and pepper the ribs to taste.


In a separate bowl combine all the other spices. Rub the ribs well with the spice mix.


Roast in a covered pan or pot for 2.5 hours. Remove the lid. Roast for an additional 30 minutes. Serve warm!
