Gluten-free seed crackers

These little energy bombs and high in nutrients and fiber (which has recently been acknowledged to be an essential nutrient). Easy to prepare and absolutely delicious if you like these seeds.

Ingredients
0.5 cup chia seeds
0.5 cup sunflower seeds
0.5 cup pumpkin seeds
0.5 cup flax seeds
0.5 tsp black pepper
1 cup water
0.5 tsp salt

Preparation
Measure out the seeds into a bowl and mix them. Preheat oven to 300F.

Add the black pepper and a pinch of salt to the seed mix. Blend in the water and set aside for 15 minutes.

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, and press the seed mixture (which should be sticky at this point) onto it in two portions. Make the layers as thin as you can (1/8-1/16th inch maybe).

Sprinkle with salt and place into the oven. Bake for 30-40 minutes.

Flip the layers carefully and bake for another 20-40 minutes (until lightly browned). Do not burn them!

Cut and remove onto cookie sheets to cool.
