I love goat cheese, baked or fresh, it's a delicious spread with a good crusty bread.
Ingredients
1 jar marinara sauce
8 oz goat cheese
6 baguette servings
Preparation
Spoon the marinara into ramekins, then top with a sixth of the goat cheese.

Broil for about 10 minutes 5 inches away from the broiler, until marinara is bubbly and goat cheese is lightly browned on top.
Serve with baguette slices.
