Ingredients
10 ripe tomatoes
10 basil leaves
5 cloves of garlic
salt
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sweet balsamic vinegar
8 oz Feta, diced (optional)
Preparation
Dice the tomatoes into small cubes. Chiffonade the basil. Mince the garlic.
Mix it all with salt, olive oil and vinegar. Allow to sit in the fridge for an hour. Stir and serve with fresh bread.
