Ingredients
3 zucchini
0.25 tsp ground mustard
0.25 tsp black pepper
0.25 tsp garlic powder
0.5 tsp oregano
2-3 tbsp sour cream
0.5 tbsp vegetable oil
Preparation
Wash the zucchini and dice into quarter inch cubes. Preheat a large skillet and add the oil. Add the zucchini pieces and cook until browned lightly.
