Ingredients
2 large carrots
2 ripe tomatoes
1 avocado
sesame-ginger salad dressing
Preparation
Clean the veggies. Shred the carrots. Chop the avocado (inside the peel, and then flip it out: much easier, and yields nicer cubes).
Arrange on your plate and drench in your favorite salad dressing. Serve. Eat. Stay healthy.
