Ingredients
1 acorn squash
2 tsp butter
2 tsp brown sugar
4 tbsp maple syrup
0.25 tsp salt
Preparation
Cut the squash in half and clean out the seeds.
Add the sugar to the center and pour 2 tbsp maple syrup into each.
Place into a baking shape and fill with water to 1 inch deep.
Bale for 50-60 minutes at 400F in a preheated oven.
