Ingredients
3-4 tbsp mustard
1 tsp ketchup
1 tbsp Piros Arany (Hungarian paprika spice)
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
0.5 tsp ground black pepper
3 cloves of garlic
Preparation
Mince the garlic and mix with the other ingredients. Salt the meat to taste and marinade in the above mix for 6-12 hours.
