Coconut rolls

A tasty no-bake treat traditionally featured at village festivals in Hungary. This is my favorite flavor, but many other options are possible.

Ingredients
500g finely ground plain vanilla cookies
200g icing sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder
70mL rum
milk

filling:
100g butter
100g icing sugar
100g unsweetened coconut flakes

Preparation
Make a dough using the top list of ingredients, adjusting the amount of milk to yield a hard dough that's possible to roll out.

Using a hand mixer, whip the bottom list of ingredients into a cream.

Roll out the dough into a 1/4 inch thick rectangle on baking paper dusted with coconut flakes.

Spread the cream evenly on top.

Roll up with the help of the baking paper. Cover with plastic foil and place into the fridge.

Once cooled for 1-2 hours, slice into 1/4 inch thick slices.

Yum! Not only is it tasty, it's pretty as well!
