Healthy and tasty. Served with kimchi, steamed rice and seaweed, and excellent, healthy dinner.
Ingredients
1 pound salmon fillet
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp melted butter
0.5 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp black pepper
2 cloves of minced garlic
Preparation
Mix the ingredients listed under salmon to prepare a marinade.

Add the fish and allow to marinade for at least 1hr in the fridge. I used a ziplock bag for this purpose.

Place the fish onto a baking sheet, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a 250F preheated oven for 40 minutes.

Serve with your favorites!
I occasionally have cravings for fish and chips, beer battered cod, but this salmon recipe beats those two! It's easier to make, healthier and still tastes delicious!
