Trout spread

A delicious appetizer, but rather smelly. Be sure everyone in your company has some, so they can't complain about the smell :-)

Ingredients
10 oz smoked trout
8 oz cream cheese
1 small onion
2 tbsp capers
salt
black pepper

Preparation
Mince the onion. Add everything to a bowl. Blend with a handheld mixer. Serve on toast.
