Pineapple salad

I have recently come to appreciate fruit in savory salads. Pineapples and berries fit particularly well, due to their tart, only slightly sweet flavor. This salad fit amazingly well with BBQ dishes.

1 package spring greens
1 pineapple
10-15 cherry tomatoes
0.25 cup purple onion
raspberry vinaigrette

Toss the greens and onions with the dressing. Top with the tomatoes halves and the pineapple chunks.

Serve immediately!
