Teriyaki salmon

A quick and tasty way to prepare salmon. Broiling crisps up the skin wonderfully.

Ingredients
12-16 oz salmon filet
0.25 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
0.5 tsp ground mustard
0.5 tsp ginger paste
0.25 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp garlic powder

Preparation
Mix together the marinade and add to a ziplock bag.

Add salmon filet and remove as much air as possible when sealing the bag. Squish it around to make sure that the salmon is coated with marinade all around. Allow to marinade in the fridge for an hour.

Place salmon onto a broiler pan (or in my case, cookie rack set on a baking sheet) skin-side down.

Broil for 5-8 minutes about 5 inches from the broiler. Turn and brush with the marinade, broil other side until the fish is cooked through and the skin is crisp.

Serve over noodles and veggies.
