Roasted green beans

A quick and delicious way to prepare green beans. Much better than cooked or steamed.

Ingredients
1 lb of green beans
1-2 tsp vegetable oil
salt
black pepper

Preparation
Wash and clean the green beans. Allow to dry.

Preheat the oven to 400F, and toss the green beans with oil, salt and black pepper on a baking sheet. Then distribute into a single layer on the sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes, then turn and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve.
