Turkey meatballs

Low-fat, tasty and super-easy.

1 pound ground turkey
1 yellow onion
2 cloves garlic
0.5 cup breadcrumbs
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
black pepper, paprika, salt to taste

Preheat oven to 350F. Mince the onion and garlic. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

Spray a cookie sheet with oil then shape 1-inch balls from the mixture.

Spray top with oil as well. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Use as you wish in pastas, soups, sandwiches, etc.
