Quick noodle bowl II

The closer I get to having to write my dissertation the less time I find for cooking. In this spirit, here is another quick noodle bowl recipe.

Ingredients
2 oz ham
2 scallions
1 anchovy fillet
1 package Ramen noodles
1 egg white

Preparation
Bring enogh water just to cover the noodles to a boil. Add the noddles and half the seasoning. (Dispose of the rest). Add the white part of half a scallion, sliced. Add the mashed anchovy fillet. Simmer until the noodles are nice and soft and most of the water has evaporated.

Slice the ham and the rest of the scallions. Cut off any wilted or icky parts. Stir in the egg white and cook for 1 minutes. Add the ham and scallions for 30 seconds before turning off the heat.
