Chocolate pudding

Recipe #250. How to address a late-night chocolate pudding craving?

Well, this pudding is done in 10 minutes, and if you distribute it into nice little glass dishes, it can be chilled in an hour. Serve cold. It tastes so much better that way.

Also, whipped cream is a must. If you wish to impress, sprinkle the top with chocolate shavings or some cocoa powder.

Ingredients
1.25 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
0.1 tsp salt (2 crystals ;-)
1 cup milk
40g of semi-sweet chocolate chips
0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation
Mix the dry ingredients (minus chocolate chips). Mix in milk. Bring to boil, cook for 1 minute until it thickens.
Fold in chocolate chips, mix in vanilla. Scoop into two serving dishes. Chill. Serve with whipped cream. Enjoy!
