Noodle bowl

Another variation on this quick noodle bowl dish.

Ingredients
1 package frozen Brussels sprouts
half a bunch of broccoli rabe
1 yellow onion
1 tin salted anchovies
1 package udon noodles
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of crushed tomatoes
1 bouillon cube
1 tsp olive oil
0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
1 cup water

Preparation
Wash broccoli rabe, remove stems and shred. Clean yellow onion and dice. Chop drained anchovies.

Saute the onions until translucent, add the anchovies. Add the spices, water, tomatoes, bouillon cube.

Bring to a boil and add the broccoli rabe and Udon noodles, cook for a few minutes, then add the Brussels sprouts. Heat through but cook minimally. This way they will maintain their sweetness.

Serve with bread.
