Instant egg drop soup

Soup is not food. At least the broth types of soups aren't. However, if you need food fast, and you are craving for something liquid and salty try this instant egg drop soup. You can use your favorite chicken soup or beef broth base for it. Here I made it with a bag of instant chicken dumpling base.

Ingredients
1 portion of your favorite chicken or beef broth
1 egg
salt
vinegar
freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
Bring your soup base to a boil. Add some cut up carrots or some sweet peas. Beat an egg until somewhat homogeneous. Add some salt to it.

When the soup base is boiling and your veggies are cooked to the desired tenderness, slowly pour in the egg mix while stirring the soup a little. You can easily control the size of the egg bits in the soup.

Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. At serving provide vinegar and black pepper to flavor it. Try the vinegar! I know it sounds strange, but it's actually really good.
