BBQ chicken calzone

This was yummylicious. Did I spell that right?
My husband is not a fan of sweet and meat in the same sentence (or dish). But even he liked this.

Ingredients
4 bacon slices
0.5 purple onion
1-2 chicken breasts
1/3 cup BBQ sauce
0.5 portion pizza dough
4 oz shredded mozzarella
1 tbsp cilantro
1 tsp oregano
2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation
Place the chicken breast with the bacon slices in a small pan and cover with foil. You can salt and pepper the chicken lightly.

Bake in a preheated 400F oven for 45 minutes. Allow the chicken to cool, then shred it.

Add the onions to a pan, clean the onion and dice. Cook until the onion pieces softened somewhat. Mix in the shredded chicken and the BBQ sauce. Allow to sit combined for 15 minutes. Mix in the cilantro and cheese to the cool mixture.

Prepare your pizza dough: stretch into a circle with an approximately 9 inch diameter. Brush with half of the olive oil and spread the filling on top, leaving 0.5 inch on the edges. Close and seal by pressing the edges with a fork.

Brush the top with olive oil as well. Bake in a 450F preheated oven for 5 minutes, then lower heat to 400F and bake until golden brown.

Allow to cool on a cookie rack for a few minutes. Brush the top with the remaining olive oil while hot. Sprinkle with oregano. Slice and serve. Sooo good.
