Watermelon cocktail

The only time I've ever got drunk I consumed this watermelon cocktail. I think I could have an entire bowl. It's deceptively fruity, and alcohol-free tasting. It resembles sangria, but in my opinion it's way better, at least compared to the versions I've had in the US. Why? The white alcohols don't overpower the flavor of the fruits, and without any added sugar or fruit juice, it tastes like real fruits, rather than artificially flavored plastic drinks. Try it!

Ingredienst
one 15-18 pound watermelon
2 ripe mangos
4-5 ripe peaches
1 cantaloupe
1 bottle of chardonnay
1 cup of Vodka
1 bottle of champagne

Preparation
Find which end does the watermelon sit most stably on. Cut off the top of the watermelon and use a small ice cream scoop to cut 1.5 cups worth of round little balls out of the melon. Carve out the remaining melon. Store or eat separately.

Add the watermelon balls to a large bowl. Peel and dice the mangos, peaches and the cantaloupe. Add them to the large bowl. Mic the fruits gently, without mushing them. Ladle back into the watermelon.

Add the bottle of white wine and the vodka to the melon. Chill for 2 hours.

Before serving, add the cold champagne!
