Sviri pile

Sviri pile, or singing bird. A delicious and simple Macedonian snack. Thanks to the tons of crushed paprika from my husband's grandparents, and the mint growing in our yard, I had a chance to try this.

Ingredients
crusty bread
crushed paprika
crumbled dried mint
salt
olive oil

Preparation
Lightly toast the bread and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and ample paprika and mint.

Serve!

I cheated and also added a slice of fresh tomato the next time I tried it. It's simply delicious both way.
