Meat internal cooking temperatures

Just a useful little note for myself:

140F: beef, veal, lamb rare

145F: beef, veal, lamb medium rare
pre-cooked ham fully cooked

160F: beef, veal, lamb, pork medium
fresh ham fully cooked

165F: chicken fully cooked
ground turkey fully cooked

170F: beef, veal, lamb, pork fully cooked
chicken breast fully cooked

180F: duck, goose fully cooked
whole chicken, turkey fully cooked
