Muffalletta pizza

Another attempt at cleaning out leftovers from the fridge. Once that turned out rather tasty.

Ingredients
1 unit pizza dough
muffaleta
4 bacon strips
1 Cubanelle pepper
5 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp srtaed parmesan
10 cherry tomatoes
oregano and pepper flakes

Preparation
Cook the bacon strips, drain the grease and chop the bacon.
Slice the mozzarella.
Cut the pepper in strips.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Preheat the oven to 450F. Stretch out the pizza dough, spread with the muffaleta. Add the spices right on top. Then cover with mozzarella, the bacon and veggies, finally the parmesan.

Bake at 450F for 5 minutes on the bottom rack, then for 5-10 minutes on the middle rack.

Cool on a cookie rack, then slice and serve when it reached the desirable temperature.
