Savoy cabbage cream soup

A very peculiar soup that ends up tasting completely delicious somehow.

0.75 quart water
1 small savoy cabbage
0.5 tbsp salt
0.5 tsp marjoram
0.5 tsp ground black pepper
4 hot dogs
1 tbsp oil
1.5 tbsp flour
1.5 tsp paprika
1 cup cold water
1 cup sour cream
0.5 tbsp flour

Cook the shredded cabbage in salty water, when it comes to a boil add marjoram, hot dogs, simmer.

While it's simmering, prepare a roux with the oil and flour listed below it. Add paprika when it smells like bread crust. Mix and pour in the cold water. Mix again to avoid clumping.

Stir out the sour cream with the flour listed below it. Add the roux and the sour cream to the cabbage. Bring to a boil again. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Serve with good bread!
