Guacamole

To complement the quesadillas and many other Mexican-style meals:

Ingredients
2 ripe Hass avocadoes
lime/lemon juice
salt
black pepper
Worchestshire sauce
some spicy sauce
one small chopped onion
2 cloves of chopped garlic
one ripe diced tomato

Preparation
Pit and mash the avocadoes. You may want to save a seed, as placing it back into any leftover guacamole helps preserve the color and prevent browning of the dip.

Mix the ingredients, using the spices to taste. Serve with pita chips or tortilla chips, or use as garnish.
